Planted: This is how an ETH Zurich spin-off wants to take off with vegan chicken in Austria

Planted was founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich and launched a pea-based meat alternative in Austria last week. In this interview, the two co-founders Lukas Böni and Pascal Bieri talk about how the idea for vegan "chicken meat" came about and what other projects are in the pipeline.
