The longest schnitzel in the world

KEMPTHAL / VIENNA. Planted has set a new Guinness World Record with its plant-based schnitzel. The Swiss start-up hosted the spectacle at the opening ceremony of its production facility in Kempthal, Switzerland, and produced a 119-metre-long pea protein-based vegan schnitzel - this one surpassing the previous record schnitzel by more than eleven metres.
