Preparation

For store-bought dough
  1. Marinate the planted.chicken for at least 30 minutes with the ingredients listed.
  2. Top each pizza with the topping. Bake for about 7 minutes (depending on the oven temperature, it can take up to 20 minutes). Always check the progress of the pizza to see if it is well baked. Finally, cut the pizza and enjoy!
For homemade dough
  1. Mix the flour, instant yeast and water in a large bowl. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes to 1 hour covered with a clean kitchen towel so that the flour absorbs moisture. Work the salt into the dough and knead for about 10 minutes until the dough comes together and becomes uniform.
  2. Place the dough in a lightly oiled plastic or glass bowl and leave it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then cover the bowl and stretch and fold the dough to make it firmer. Set aside and leave the dough to rest for a further 30 minutes, covered with a kitchen towel.
  3. Repeat the stretching and folding about 3 times every 30 minutes. Cover with cling film and leave to rest overnight in the fridge. The next morning, take the bowl out of the fridge and do another round of stretching and folding. Cover and put back in the fridge.
  4. In the evening, or at least 12 hours later, remove the dough from the bowl and place on a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and shape them into a round so that the base is closed. Place them in a lightly oiled plastic container large enough to double the volume of the ball. Then place in the fridge.
  5. The next day, 2 to 3 hours before you make the pizza, take the balls out of the fridge and put them to one side. Preheat the oven to the highest temperature (at least 250 degrees Celsius is recommended). If available, use a steel or baking stone. Dust the work surface with flour and place the dough balls on it. Using light pressure, shape the pizza, avoiding the edges.
  6. Try to shake off any excess flour and top each pizza with the toppings. Bake for about 7 minutes (depending on the oven temperature, it can take up to 20 minutes). Always check the progress of the pizza to see if it is cooked through. Finally, slice the pizza and enjoy!
